Prepare a sanitizing solution according to the instructions of your locally approved sanitizing product. For instance:

- fill a container with hot water

- add a sanitizing tablet for each 2 litres of water

Remove the cover of the bean hopper.

Fill each side of the partition wall with coffee beans.

Place the cover of the bean hopper back.

Press and hold the multi-function button on the right side of the service door 6 seconds to unlock.

If the machine is switched off, remove the bracket from the multi-tool. Insert the longer end of the bracket horizontally into the opening on the right side. A gentle press on the locking mechanism opens the service door.

Open the hatch above the instant product compartment.

Turn the instant product outlet 90 degrees counterclockwise to close it. Move the canister out of the machine.

Turn the ‘NcFoamer’ disposable foamer head 90 degrees clockwise, then pull to remove it. Remove the hose out of its guide brackets.

Pull the drink outlet of the instant product mixer hose out of the dispensing outlets support.

Pull the hose off the mixer bowl by its handle.

Turn the mixer bowl 90 degrees clockwise, pull it out and remove it.

Wipe the mixer fin plates with a moist cloth.

Rinse all mixing bowl parts, mixing fin plate, drink hose and the nozzle support, then dip them in the sanitizing solution

Let it soak for at least 20 minutes, but no longer than 12 hours.

Remove the hose out of the opened milk package. Dispose the opened package. Remove unopened packages and place them in another refrigerator.

Clean the milk container and immersion pipe with a brush, hot water and detergent. Rinse well with clean water.

Clean the interior of the refrigerator with a moist cloth.

Clean the steam outlet bracket and steam injector with a clean, moist cloth.

Turn and push a freshy unpacked disposable ‘NcFoamer’ head into its bracket, sliding over the steam injector.

Fill the container with fresh pre-cooled milk. Place the milk container in the refrigerator, and insert the milk hose, then push it to the back.

Remove the coffee grounds container, then clean it with a brush, detergent, and hot water.

Pull the brewer handle completely out to unlock the brewer.

Pull brewer unit downwards, then tilt it towards you, and pull it out of the machine.

Use the multi-tool to turn the spindle of the brewing unit counterclockwise all the way.

Clean the brewer unit under lukewarm running water, use a brush. Slightly lift the drop-in slide away to reach the sieve.

Shake off access water and let it dry completely.

Use the multi-tool to turn the spindle clockwise to the stop, then turn it ¼ back,  counterclockwise from the stop.

Clean the brewer compartment with a brush.

Place the brewer back into the machine:

- insert horizontally

- tilt vertical in the brewer compartment

- place the handle and slide it in until it locks the brewer

Insert a coffee system cleaning tablet in the hole above the locking handle.

Remove the drip tray. Disassemble and clean all parts with a brush and fresh water.

Clean the interior of the machine, and the inside of the service door, with a moist cloth

Place the coffee ground container back.

Clean the dispensing head with a brush and a moist cloth

Lift the cup tray grid to remove it. Clean with water and a brush.

Place the cup tray grid back.

Rinse all mixing bowl parts, mixing fin plate, drink hose and the nozzle support, and place them on a drying rack till all parts are fully dry.

Assemble the mixer bowl and place it back onto the mixer mount plate, then turn it 90 degrees counterclockwise to lock it.

Push the nozzle by the handle back into the mixing bowl.

Place the outlet nozzle back into the dispensing outlet mount. Push the hose into its guide bracket.

Clean the outside of the door.

Reassemble and place the drip tray back.

Place a large container under the drink outlets.

Press the multi-function button on the right side of the touchscreen panel to open the service menu. Press ‘Service manager’.

Select ‘Operator menu’.

Then press ‘start cleaning program’.

WARNING

Hot water will run out of the drink outlets!

Brewer unit and instant product mixers are rinsed.
